                            Lunch Bunch Policy:

                            What is Lunch Bunch?

Lunch Bunch is a homework club that takes place during lunch.  Students are required to attend Lunch Bunch if they do not complete their homework.

Who is part of Lunch Bunch?

Any student who does not complete recent homework assignments is part of Lunch Bunch.  Sixth grade students receive a new lunch bunch card every two weeks.  Each week students collect stamps from their teachers, provided them completed their homework for the week.  If a student does not complete their homework, they do not get a stamp.  Students need 4 out of 5 stamps (4 out of 5 classes) in order to have Patio Privileges.  Otherwise, they are subject to Lunch Bunch.

What if I complete missing work?

Good!  Turn it in to the black crate labeled "Missing Work" when you get to class.  Cross your name off the Homework Checkpoint list of missing assignments and see me for a stamp.  I will only stamp your card before or after school once you have completed your missing work.

                            Homework Policy:

                            When is homework due?

Homework is due the day after it is assigned or on the due date given in class.  For example, worksheets are generally due the day after they are assigned, but projects or Edmodo posts are generally assigned several days before they are due.

What do I do if I am absent?

If you are absent, check the Agenda from home using this website.  You could also email me with any questions you have, download any available documents from this website, and try to do as much work as possible before you come back to school.  Once you are back, pick up worksheets from the "Make-Up Work" bin located under the Agenda.  However many days you were gone is the number of days you have to make up your work on time.  After that, your work is late.

What happens to my grade when I turn in assignments late?

You are only able to turn in missing work up to one week after it was due.  All assignments will receive a penalty; you will only receive 75% of whatever score you earned.  For example, if you earned 100% A+, the best you can score is a 75% C.
